BETH LABREE
Beth LaBree has owned and operated A Simple Touch Spa since 1991. In the course of these years she has continued to study all aspects of healing, from Massage to stress relief techniques, aruvedic, nutrition, hydro and cryo (ice) therapies. Recently she completed additional training in China from Dr. Wu, in the art of Tuina.
Beth has traveled extensively and has received different massage modalities such as Lomi Lomi in Kauai , Foot reflexology in Singapore , traditional western massage in Switzerland . She experienced polynesian massage in the Fiji islands and has researched and studied Thai Massage. Her original schooling was done under Dr. James Malley, at the Institute for Holistic Healing in Roseville . (www.abundanthealth.com). She has also personally researched skin care products. Having sensitive skin herself she needed to develop a personal skin product that worked with her unique needs. After solving her skin needs she felt compelled to share her formulas with others and has developed her own skin care line of products that address a variety of different skin types. |

BLANCA BERDIAGO
Blanca Berdiago was educated in massage at the Mendocino School of Holistic Massage and Healing Arts in June 2005. Her decision to enter this field was based on her exposure to the benefits of massage and a desire to take it to a professional level. Upon completion of her education she opened a small office in Cloverdale, Ca. and was very successful in procuring private clients.
I really enjoyed my private practice but felt a void and wanted to be a part of a professional team where we could collaborate and share our techniques. I decided to contract out of A Simple Touch Spa and it has tremendously enhanced my skill and knowledge of the various Massage modalities. I gratefully look forward to share my expertise with you. Let’s see you soon.

Griselda Sanchez
Griselda Sanchez was certified as a Massage Therapy at The National Holistic Institute, this 720 hour program was very intense with a focus on Myofasial Therapies, Prenatal, Hot Stone Therapy as well as traditional Swedish and Deep Tissue.
After doing massage on family members that had gone through injury and surgeries, I recognized the profound relief they received. This inspired me to further knowledge of massage and made the decision to become a therapist imminent.
